Deluxe GYN System

Model No. 72070-D. Deluxe GYN System. The Mediflex® Deluxe GYN System recognizes that surgeons can approach the perineum from above or from below. The Vertical Extension Bar and the Horizontal Flex Bar combine to assist in getting over the thigh when coming from above. The Horizontal Flex Bar alone can make the approach from below. In addition to the traditional Vaginal Blades, the system includes 6 Malleable blades of varying sizes to allow the surgeon to optimize visualization. Perineal Surgery System

Model No. 72102-P. Perineal Surgery System. The Perineal System provides the surgeon with options: options for post placement, options for ring size and options allowed by malleable blades. Either of two approaches can be used. A side rail-mounted post can utilize the Field Post, Vertical Extension Bar and Horizontal Flex Bar to reach through the thighs or the Field Post can be mounted on the drop segment of the OR Table and come up from below. The notches in the Perineal Ring allow the use of disposable hook retractors.
