DynaMesh®-SIS direct, DynaMesh®-SIS direct soft ve DynaMesh®-SIS direct visible implantlar, hipermobil üretra ve/veya içsel sfinkter eksikliğinden kaynaklanan stres idrar kaçırmanın cerrahi tedavisi için orta üretra askısı olarak kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Cihazlar, pelvik tabanın yumuşak dokusunu kalıcı olarak güçlendirir.

Transobturator Tape Position: Outside-In

DynaMesh®-SIS direct, DynaMesh®-SIS direct soft and DynaMesh®-SIS direct visible are positioned using the outside-in technique in a transobturator tape position.
